The Deutscher Telegrafie Club e.V (DTC for short) is an INDEPENDENT German telegraphy club exclusively promoting telegraphy interests in the Amateur Radio Service. DTC does consider the obligation to successfully pass a Morse Code exam to be a basic and unalterable necessity for any radio amateur seeking access to the bands below 30 MHz.

The DTC has already created a solid base to successfully promote these aims, firm and directly, be it either on a national or European scale. DTC is keeping close links to other clubs outside DL to enhance and push forward common promotion of our aims, for example by regular and intensive exchange of information and arranging for a mutual right to publish in each otherĀ“s membership magazine.

DTC itself is keeping its members informed by means of its club magazine CW-JOURNAL, covering up-to-date news and views about CW developements as well as those informations being released by ITU or the national telecommunication administrations. Also, on the air QTC transmissions are being used regularly to keep close ties with our membership.

DTC does consider it to be vitally important to keep its members and partners well informed and up-to-date about any developements in the area of telegraphy in the Amateur Radio Service.
